Expectations: * Students must be prepared for class (writing utensils, notebook, class related materials). * Regular attendance & participation are required. * Students are expected to be mature in their actions/reactions & assume personal responsibility... there are certain words & behaviors that are not school-appropriate. * Students who come to classes prepared to learn, with a positive attitude & desire to gain knowledge, not only enjoy their courses more, but find the over-all learning environment more pleasant. Extra Help: I am available to assist students during the regular school day & after school if prior arrangements are made. HC also holds after-school tutoring, but parents must provide transportation home from that program. In addition, the Boys & Girls Club provides homework assistance & study time after school; they DO provide a snack & transportation home, if needed.
